Chatbot Event Forwarding (Bikai)

Separately from omnichannel retargeting, Appbrew can forward user activity events, like product views and add-to-cart actions, to BIK's chatbot webhook endpoints in real time. You can:

• Send app events (view item, add to cart, and more) to specific BIK flows
• Whitelist exactly which events get forwarded
• Include user info (email, phone, name, Shopify customer ID) for logged-in users
• Pass session, device, and event-specific data for richer automation
